Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
FSAs allow you to use pre-tax dollars deducted from your pay to reimburse yourself for eligible expenses. Using pre-taxed dollars reduces your gross taxable income, saving you money. The FSAs are administered by WEX. We offer the following options:
MEDICAL CARE FSA: This account can be used to pay for eligible medical expenses for yourself or any other person you claim as a dependent for your federal income tax purposes. Pre-tax deductions for the Medical Care FSA cannot exceed $3,400 for 2026. Employees or qualified beneficiaries who were eligible for the health FSA are eligible to rollover dollars up to $680 in the new plan year.
DEPENDENT CARE FSA: This account can be used to pay for qualified dependent care services for eligible dependents, providing that care is needed to enable you and your spouse (if applicable) to work. For 2026, pre-tax deductions for the Dependent Care FSA cannot exceed $7,500 per plan year per household, or $3,750 if you are married and file separate tax returns.

COMMUTER FSA: This is a pre-tax benefit that helps you save money on eligible commuting expenses, such as public transit, parking, and vanpooling. You can set aside up to $340 per month in 2026 for transit and parking expenses separately, reducing their taxable income and overall commuting costs. Funds are use-it-or-lose-it within the plan year, and expenses must be incurred for work-related commuting. You may also adjust contributions as needed, making it a flexible option for managing transportation expenses.
