BASIC LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Provided at no cost for all full-time employees through Prudential
CPC Integrated Health offers all full-time employees a Life/AD&D Insurance policy. The value of this policy starts at $10,000 and increases with years of service. This life insurance is designed to ease financial burdens by covering daily expenses, clearing debts, and securing financial stability for your family in the event of an unforeseen tragedy. The policy guarantees a sum, known as a death benefit, which is paid out to designated beneficiaries.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
Provided at no cost for all full-time employees through UNUM
Disability insurance provides income replacement if you become disabled and unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. This benefit aligns with New Jersey's mandated Temporary Disability Benefit for workers.
​​LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
Provided at no cost for all full-time employees through Prudential
Long-Term Disability Plans offer regular full-time employees financial protection when they are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury, or disability. Employees receive 60% of their weekly wages, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month. If you meet the definition of disability, your benefits will begin following the elimination period. The elimination period is 180 days.
